Commission rates are available on request, with no hidden fees or add-ons. We offer regular updates and feedback from viewers and with the exception of the GSPC registration fee all costs can be paid at settlement of your sale.

We have a related letting section handling enquiries on available properties to rent, both furnished and unfurnished, and in 2002 there will be a service for landlords enabling them to display their property to let and providing all necessary legal documentation to secure a tenancy at a fixed fee.

Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. However, our West End office is open until 5.30 p.m. and on Saturday from 10.30 a.m. until 3.00 p.m. to maximise the exposure of your property.
